How do I implement rich markup FAQ?

So I have three websites which I’m trying to implement rich markup on. It’s working on site 1 and 2 which use Astra and Generatepress, however on the site I use OceanWP on I can’t get it to work.
I am using https://technicalseo.com/tools/schema-markup-generator/ to generate the markup, and this plugin: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/header-and-footer-scripts/ to add the code to the head section of the page.
When I add the code, press update, and then refresh the page, the code is gone. I tried two other plugins to add code to the head section but they all do the same. Could this be a theme related issue?
