How do I insert a Google fonts code snippet?

I need to insert this into the <head> area:
<link href='http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Open+Sans+Condensed:300' rel='stylesheet' type='text/css'>Do I just put that line in like it is? Or, do I need to include something with it?
