How do i insert a table?

    Hello
    On webpage elcosito.com
    I woukd like to align my menu on top. 18 items in 3 vertical rows of 6 items each, similarly at the bottom i would like to align the 8 or 9 items in columns or have it set in a table, i dont know how to do neither. Any and all imput will be appreciated please explain slowly im a bit hard if hearing 🙂
