How do I make a custom menu?

    I want to create a menu like the one in this domain, http://www.behesht.co.uk/

    How do I go about doing this? For example the sliding doors when you hover over the “Online Ordering”, and the custom menu buttons and the header etc.

    I am willing to learn whatever it takes to make it. I already have web programming experience. I just want to find the best way of doing a menu like this.
