Hi, first of all I just want to thank the developers for making an excellent plugin.

I am using the [testimonial_average_rating] shortcode on all my pages, and I want to make that shortcode into a link that sends customers to my main reviews page. How do I make this shortcode a clickable link that goes to a specific url?
