How do I receive payment?

    I installed this Western Union plugin for Woocommerce, and made a test order. In the end it just says order completed. On WP admin I see that payment is pending. How does the customer submit the payment? The test order account didn’t receive any emails to pay either.

    Hi,

    First of all, Happy New Year!

    This plugin only enables you to inform your users you accept payments via Western Union. You could edit the message they get on the email / on the checkout page and inform them about the procedure (where to send the money and that they need to send you an email with the MTCN code).

    There is no API involved. In fact, if Western Union itself doesn’t have a public WooCommerce (automated) solution, it means something.

    They have an API, they have some business solutions, they provide mass payments so if this plugin is not good enough for you, I’m sorry and I advise you to contact them for a business quotation.
