• I use learndash and I am trying to restrict the “courses” page. Kind of like pushing guests through a funnle so that they resgister an account. I know that the “courses” page that is default for LearnDash is “virtual”. But is there a way to restrict the content to those who register an account anyway?

I have already tried to restrict the individual courses, however when I select “subscriber” from the drop down menu and then try to view the content as a guest (after I log out of my admin account), the page is still viewable.

Am I doing something wrong? Is there a way that I can restrict the courses page? If not, can you guide me so that I can restrict certain courses.

Here is a link to my site:

    Thank you!

  • Does it work when using the default Twenty Twelve theme?

I’m not sure what the “Twenty Twelve” them is. Can you explain further? I have a lot of content uploaded onto my site, will switching themes erase this information?

The Twenty Twelve theme is the default theme that is installed on your site. Go to Appearance > Themes and activate it there. If you don’t see it, you can easily install it by using the search box.

Changing the theme will not cause any data to be lost. You can switch back to the previous theme and all settings will be the same.

I tried switching back to the Twenty Twelve them. I also tried to restrict my “About” page. Unfortunately I did not have success when I set the page to “Subscribers” only.

Could you show me a screenshot of your settings?
