How do I use Clean Upload Folder plugin

    How do I use the Clean Upload Folder plugin? I installed it but I don’t know where to look to do what it’s supposed to do. I does say it’s not tested with my version so I’m wondering if that’s why I’m not seeing anything obvious regarding its usage. Does it just work in the background or is there some kind of control panel for it?
