Activate the plugin from Plugins on your wp-dashboard .
Open the plugin and there is a option Enable plugin just select yes and
make changes as you want on your login page , at the end of the page you will see a Save Changes button click that button and log out to see the magic .

Hi, I don’t know how to use it either. I have downloaded it, enabled it and set the settings to my own choices and saved. I logged out and checked but it didn’t come up on any page. I want it to be on a specific page so what do I insert on that page for it to be shown? Also isn’t shown in my widgets?
