    Hello, I created the forum just fine real easy but what url is is accessed at only see a the short version and not sure how to place it on the site, thanks

    Hello @pcdude,

    Can you please elaborate a bit more the issue you faced and/or with screenshots. If you mean to display the form created, you are provided with the shortcode, add the shortcode to any page you want the form to appear.
