I have looked over the Quickpay Settings in the WooCommerce Settings page and there is absolutely no mention of test mode.

Hi there,

In v4 there is no such thing as a test mode option. The Quickpay V10 platform supports test cards instead. Check the official docs here: http://tech.quickpay.net/appendixes/test/
