How do you Remove the Nav Drop Downs

I have been searching forever on this and cannot find a clear solution. Can someone help me with removing the drop downs from the wp_pages_menu tag? I am using the Toolbox theme (which I don’t think is relevant, but just in case, that’s what I’m using).

I can see that it is a function of the Walker_PageDropdown, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to hook into it and turn it off. I’m so frustrated! Thank you in advance for any assistance.
