How do you use this plugin

I have just activated the plugin on my website.

How do you use the plugin? There are no tutorials or pdf.

I used the screen shots to copy the code to my page which produced a drop down, but I would guess there is an easier way? What is it?

Also, how can you send the user to a specific link, depending on which option they choose?
