How does inventory work?

    Hello,

    Im trying to get the inventory to work for variable products. So we have windows 11 pro license with variations OEM and RETAIL.

    We have stock, but when we sync the site the Main product and the Variables doesnt get updated. so all is out of stock but there is stock..

    update: Variable products inventory doesnt get synced. Simple products are getting synced

    Hi @tatof

    I hope you are doing well.

    Let me look into it; is there any error you are getting? Can you share the screenshot of the Product page > Variable screen?

    Hey, that would be great! customers recieve “out of stock” mails and the keys they ordered in the same time (-:
