How does it work in Multi-Network Multisites

Hi,
interesting plugin, which could replace two or more other plugins, I´m using in my Multisite-Installations with Multi-Networks.
I´m wondering, if this plugin shows on the themes- or plugins-lists the sites of all networks or only of the network, the list is belonging to?
