Have you tested the static CDN from LSC? In V7 is found here: https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/cdn/#other-static-cdn-tab
Would there be any functionality that is required and is not present in current code?

from our plugin , we just replace the URL , for example from https://www.domain.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/something.jpg to https://cdn.domain.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/something.jpg
