How does Restore work?

    Looks like a nice easy plugin. If I create a backup and then initialize my website. How do I do a restore? Do I load WP and the plug in and then restore from the file that was downloaded locally?
    I need to Reset my site to get it to move to a different server. That is why I am looking at the Restore option from a clean install.

    You have to restore using the plugin, the backup file has to be uploaded to the server to the path that you set in the plugin which defaults to /wp-content/backup-db/.
