You can give your users an access (Go to Wp-Clanwars -> Settings: ACL). They can then access backend to add or edit matches. Users do not have to be admins on your site, they will see a limited copy of backend with Wp-Clanwars only.
Matches are final after about 1 hour from the match date. Just edit match and put final scores after you play match. But basically you can edit matches as many times as you want, they are not sealed completely.
Thanks for the quick response okay so when i go into settings and allow them to create match create games etc… where do they see all that when they log in to get into the back end of the site to create there own matches and such if they are not admin
Is there also a way so that the users can only add a new game and edit there new games and not be able to edit other games. Im worried some people will delete there match if they lost or other matches

So basically you can try it out yourself and create a test user on WordPress using your admin account. Then go to Wp-Clanwars -> Settings and give permission to test user to manage matches. Log-in under test user account and you will see that it’s pretty much the same interface.
At the moment you can scope users to specific game but you cannot prevent them from editing other matches for that game.
