ideally what i want to do is, wherever there is amazon, have a link like http://www.mysite.com/amazon and wherever there is onllineshop , have a link like http://www.mysite.com/onlineshop..is it possible?

    Hi @311baby,

Yes you can do that with a couple of differences:

    1. You need to set a link prefix, eg. example.com/go/iphone-32-gb where “go” is the link prefix. You can customise this in the settings under Affiliate Links->Settings

    2. Pre-existing links that you already have in your posts will not be converted. You have to re-insert them manually. You can also try using something like https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/better-search-replace/ to replace those links with an affiliate link you setup in ThirstyAffiliates (Affiliate Links->Add New, then grab the cloaked URL and use that to replace the old link).

All of these features are in the free version so I encourage you to load it up on your site and have a play.

    I hope this helps!

so is it possible to set something like , wherever there is amazon, cloak that to mysite.com/amazon ? but i need to do that manually for existing links and the new links will be changed automatically

    Hi @311baby,

Yes, but I suggest you check out the Autolinker add-on (https://thirstyaffiliates.com/product/thirstyaffiliates-autolinker-addon) this should give you a good idea about how it works.

This basically automates the process of linking up specific keywords to your affiliate links.

Feel free to submit any specific questions about that to the pre-sales product questions form on that page (right down the bottom) and our team will help you out 🙂 Strictly speaking I’m not meant to do support/pre-sales for add-ons on the forum for the free core plugin.

    Hope this helps!
