It should be 🙂 I have tested the plugin and it works. Though if you found any issues with it please let me know and I’ll fix that right up.
The plugin integrates with the Themes manager in WordPress (as you can see in the screenshot: http://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/theme-logic/screenshots/). You need to click the Logic button in the theme details window and in the text area that appears put the URLs on your site where you want that theme to be used. For example say your “about us” page is located at mysite.com/about-us and you want to use a different theme for that page, in the textarea you can enter: about-us (without the base URL of the site) and viola!

What is the intended method of setting-up the theme options, menus, etc on the various themes?
The switch of the theme only happens for the front end of the site so to change the theme options you would activate the theme once on the site, configure the options and then re-activate the main theme on the site.
