How Fast Does it Cache?

Hello!

I’ve recently installed WP Super Cache and I’ve seen that it only cached 2 files in 30 mins. I don’t know what is the speed of caching but I guess it is not that slow.

I am also using iThemes Security plugin.

How fast will WP Super Cache will cache the entire website? Is there any conflict with iThemes Security plugin?
