how make plugin can receive email

hay that is posible the plugin can receive email from outset, for example i send email using my domain email “[email protected]” from tunderbeard or other webmail service to user email adress like “[email protected]” and show the email inbox throuh this plugin. so user can see if they had email inbox. or can it auto hook to outgoing email like when user buy produck from my stor (woocommerce) the email will automatic cc to user and show iy trough this plugin. or can you give me other solution like plugin or code if this plugin cannot handle thats function.
