• Hi community! Ok… I have a client the I manage his website. Fortunately he is receiving sales, but for any reason the system don’t send email to notify him when he have a sale. He call me everytime that Stripe send a notification and then I check the admin and confirm that he have a sell.
I tried to teach him how to login in the backend, Go to Woocommerce and see the orders. His opinion? “This is not user friendly!”… I know, I know… anyway. He is use to sell in Ebay, Etsy… wher he can log in and see “ORDERS tab” so… My question is … there is a user friendly way or plugin that create pdf order and send it by email? or what do you suggest?

    Thanks!!!!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Why don’t you just fix the problem?

    Troubleshoot the email notification issue.

Install the WP Logging plugin to ensure the email is being sent to his address.

Make sure the To email matches the domain name.

Make sure you have a valid SPF record in the MX.

You may have to switch to an SMTP email solution, but your host can support you with this.

In the Admin email that gets sent to him, make sure to include a direct link to the Orders page.

A poor solution would be to use a cron to send the Orders data over to him on a schedule.

Thanks for your advices! This guy is an old school style. No easy to learn. Imagine that when I show him the process he says… “So do I need to type, my domain plus /wp-admin/ and my email and password? … this is not so user friendly!!” LOL Ok, now I’m looking for the plugin “WooCommerce Admin” but nothing is finding with that name. Any guide? The most similar is named “Ni WooCommerce Admin Order Columns

Is there any way to add a “Orders” panel on the admin dashboard? It seems that he don’t want to click in Woocommerce and then click in orders.

    Thanks again all of you.
