How not to place ad in columns or shortcode?

I use certain shortcodes on pages to place buttons or columns the start with [mks xyz]”content of the shortcode”[/mks xyz]. Sometimes ad inserter will place the ad in the “Content of the shortcode” part which messes up the page setup.

I can’t find a way within the regular settings to prevent this from happening. Any ideas? For example If [mks xyz] is found on the page than insert at least 2 paragraphs after or before that?
