Hey mate,
Thanks for getting back to me.
To be honest, I don’t remember what exactly did the trick. Can not replicate it now.
I was fiddling with Payments, between the Paypal and Paypal Checkout. Might have been that.
The site is still under development. So, I will give it a try to see if I can get PayPal button displayed with free downloadable products as it was on my screenshot. Just to make sure it won’t happen once the site is in production.
Will keep you posted if I find anything.

Okey, here it comes.
In Woo settings go to Payments > PayPal Checkout > Checkout on Single Product and untick the checkbox.
This hides the PayPal button underneath the free downloadable product.
