Developers have replied about translation for tab labels before:
“You may change the text group using “Loco Translate” plugin. ProfileGrid has a POT file that includes all English text from the plugin for translation.”

You may turn off the “Friends” tab by referring to the following steps :
1) Login to WordPress Dashboard. Go to “ProfileGrid >> Global Settings >> Friends system” menu.
2) Enable the option “Allow/ Disallow Making Friends” and save it.
You may add the custom tab in profile using our extension “Custom Profile Tab”. It allow to create and add custom tabs to user profiles with data fetched from other plugins. Thank you for responding. Custom Profile Tab is not free. It this time I can’t afford to pay. I just needed to add a single tab.
Loco Translate translate the text. My language is not there so it can’t change translate it. I need to manually change the text to my language which I did with rest of the website. I appreciate your help.
