How safe is this plugin?

    I really just have 5 pages that I need to change the link structure. This plugin looks promising. Wondering if there is any chance of thus plugin effects any other pages this plugin isn’t being used on? Any issues I should be aware of?

    Hi @wpwanderer,

    No, this plugin won’t harm on other pages. But for precaution, i recommend you to take a backup of your site and then use this plugin or try to use this plugin on stage env if you have.

    I have seen other posts like this: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/error-404-on-pages-but-working-fine-on-posts/ that discuss 404s.

    I’m more worried about pages and posts that I have NOT customized using your plugin will come up 404s which of course wouldn’t be good.

    Hi wpwanderer, don’t worry about that. It depends on the situations. Sometimes, it happens due to some conflicts with other plugins.

    So, you can try that.

    My suggestion is that install the plugins and customize only 1 page url and check the different URLs. If it all looks good then you customize all the URLS you want to be customized.
