How time span work?

    Hi, I want to restrict user only post 2 per week.
    When I run the testing, I login as a user who have 6 posts in a week
    When I set Limit to 2 and Time Span to FOREVER, it stops user from posting. However, if I set TimeSpan to 168 (24×7), it still allow user to post. Even, I set timespan to 1000, it still allow user to post.
    Do I mis-interrupt the meaning of time span?
