Hi @dvcnut,
The subscription status is automatically managed by the system based on the payment process. When a subscription is created manually, it does not go through the full payment confirmation flow, which is why it remains in “Pending” status and the status dropdown is disabled.
To resolve this, please delete the existing subscription and create a new one from: Dashboard > User Registration & Membership > Subscriptions > Add New. While creating the new subscription, please ensure that the status is set to Active.
Best regards!

Thanks much for the reply! That makes sense. When I create a new subscription, my page does not display the status dropdown. I’m using the default page from the plugin. Please advise.

Hi @dvcnut,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
We have checked the free version and found that the status update feature is only available in the premium version. However, when an admin manually creates a subscription, it should either be saved with an active status or provide an option to change the status during editing.
This appears to be a glitch, so we have created a ticket and assigned it to our development team. We will include a fix in an upcoming update.
Best regards!
