how to add a ww.wp.xz.cn to wordpress.com?

    on iOS I was able to add my wordpress,org blog so I could control it from the wordpress.com app. When I go to wordpress.com with a browser I can not add my blog.

    I do this without Jetpack because I am not happy with Jetpack (uses to much performance).

    Anyone ideas why only the iOS app supports ww.wp.xz.cn blogs?
