How to add custom [ads] code in Transitional mode?

    Dear Community,

    Basically what we are trying to do is add specific (amp based) ads to our amp pages on our website. We are using the AMP Plugin for this and the Transitional Template Modus ( which is fine ).

    However I’ve been reading up all over the AMP Website and I have not been able to find out how to add custom code to our amp template.

    Basically what we want to do is implement amp ads codes in our amp pages. Ive tried opening the amp plugin and look into the templates section adding the amp tags there but that didnt change anything.

    So im wondering if anyone knows how to succesfully add modifications to our (amp) template / theme so that we can modify our amp pages.
