How to add Google analytics

I just wants to inform a visitor that he confirms to google analytics if he’s using my website (germany).
Is ist right that i add the following google script with my Ua Code in the Script-Blocking (Skript-Blockierung) field and it works just with the OK button ?https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/analyticsjs
