HI, i want to grab along from which site a user submits information. an optin source for processing this information later in Mailchimp (adding tags depending on from where the user came).

The MailChimp integration gives you the ability to set a specific MailChimp Group for each form.
So you can create a new Group in MailChimp named “Site” and add your domains as separate options in there.
The integration also gives you the ability to have this field hidden in the form.
