How to align caption with image?

I have trouble to center the image and the image caption together. In many posts I get either the caption center or the image, and of course when one is centered, the other is aligned to the left or to the right.

I am not sure how to solve this thing as I am new dealing with CSS style, so I tried some of the solutions offered on the forum, but nothing seem to work for me.
Tried those for example:
– center caption
– problems with caption
But it didn’t work.

If someone have any idea on how to solve this issue, it would be a great help. Here is an example of article with image that is not centered with caption, even though it’s set up to be centered:

What’s more is that I don’t get the caption box around my images, the captions just appears like a line of text. If anyone could suggest some code to input in the CSS to solve that, it will save me some headaches.
