How to answer?

    Hi,
    I want to allow only admins and editors can answer the questions but I couldn’t figure out how to do that. I receive email notification, ok, but cannot answer thru email. Or, if I go to dashboard-questions, then I can edit (like ans other post) the question and re-post. Is this the way to answer visitor questions?
