    Hey,

    I’ve noticed that fairly often a transaction ID is tracked twice or more, leading to inaccurate reports.

    Since this is a common issue, I wonder if you have a solution for it? How can I make sure each transaction is tracked only once?

    @holaeffect, we did a quick look of your store & found that our plugin is working well on the store up to checkout page. However, we’re unable to test transaction page due to payment method.

    Duplicate transaction happens for mobile sites only & we have tried to do some sorts of solutions for that but it didn’t work. The main hurdle is we are using the Native implementation method & the workaround is not feasible for the mobile site.

    The same issue there for the premium version plugin but in that we are using GTM so we have resolved it there using GTM. Our team continuously trying to get the solution for the same but not sure about the timeline until we found a perfect solution.
