How to avoid the topic robot man ?

    Every time we ask a SAV (topic) question here, we have the same boat answers sent by a robot man and which does not solve anything at all (copy / paste answer and nothing more afterwards).
    How to have a real support and competent person to answer and solve the many problems caused by this plugin?
