How to backup restore changes?

    Hey guys, trying to help myself I constantly mess up something or the other trying to make changes to my site.

    i see the Revisions option but that hasn’t worked restoring back to previous editing. Does wordpress itself have any reliable backup/restore option or would I need to pay my Hosting company for this feature please?
