how to bulk auto update posts ?

Thank you for your plugin.
I have noticed that for old post without featured image I have to manually update them to get your plugin to work.
Is there a way to bulk update a list of posts ?
I have tried with wordpress’ default bulkedit options but it doesn’t change anything.
