Wow! That is a lot of invalid meta =).
This functionality will be added to the plugin. I had to remove 200 entries manually and that really took a _lot_ of time!
I will try to work on this today and see how far I can come.
Could you please send me your json file: invalid-meta.json so I have a bunch of data to work with and test my bulk remove?

Invalid Attachment Meta does not provide a way to delete files directly. My goal was to first repair or delete the meta data. And afterwards (second index run) delete the files.
I am building a bulk delete meta/repair meta as we speak. I really need your json log file to check the possibilities. Also are you sure to delete the meta (and files) instead of repair? After repair you are still able to bulk delete images through the media library of wordpress.
Invalid Attachment Meta means: File Exists, Meta Exists, only the meta dimensions are incorrect. The plugin can easily repair the meta data in your database by replacing the incorrect dimensions with the real dimensions from the file.
I would love to debug your wordpress distribution to see if I can help out.
I have added bulk functionality to the plugin. However I need to test some more before releasing. Please expect the release to be available tomorrow.

Bulk delete/repair has been tested, please upgrade your version.
16000 records is a lot for bulk post. I dont know if the POST variable can hold so much data. If it fails please let me know and I will add Pagination to the plugin.
Thanks, bulk delete works, but as you said, the list is too long and even the browser crash when viewing so many lines.
If possible, consider a pagination option, to maybe show 500 or so per page.

Im in the same boat, I need to delete 11,600 Invalid Attachment Data and doing it page by page its impossible.
8 minutes per page X 120 pages will take me 960 minutes. So 16 hrs of deleting images of course is a no go.
Is there a solution for this yet ?
