Hi! I’d like to cancel the post premoderation. Is it possible through UI (admin) or I have to change the code?

If by premoderation you mean that you have to approve everything before it appears, then you can stop this by going to your Dashboard > Options > Disscussion > uncheck and administrator must approve comment before it appears.
