How to check support tickets

    I submitted a support request from within the app dashboard 4 days ago, i received a confirmation email with number (19634).
    But i have not heard back anything yet, and i cant figure out where to login and check the ticket.

    Can you maybe let me know how to check the ticket or just answer that ticket here
