    Hello

    Please Go To Appearance -> Widget -> Add Custom Menu And Text Widget in Footer Widget Area

    Go to dashboard -> Appearance -> Customize -> Theme Options -> Theme General Options -> paste code in Custom CSS box and save.

    ul li a:before{
display:none;
}
    .enigma_footer_widget_column{
padding:0px;
}
