How to creat new theme?

Hi, I tried to copy the existing themes js + css and renamed them, but nothing happens. They show up in the dropdown list, but themes are not implementing.

Essentially, I’d like to use the “Basic Modal Dialog” theme and then style myself.

Any hints?
