How to create a shortcode for gallery groups?????

this is the most unuserfriendly plugin ever. I am trying to create a shortcode that will show gallery groups. Instead, I have to go to my list of galleries and hover over the galleries that i want to show to find the id’s to put into a shortcode. this is too damn time consuming. You need to have shortcodes created automatically for individual galleries and gallery groups.
