How to create a slider?

I’ve watched your Customizr video 10 times and followed it exactly (maybe not). I’m only able to show one slider on my site and it’s not sliding. It just sits there. How on Earth do I get my sliders to show up on my page? Thanks.

I’m used to Cyberchimps themes which I’m very familiar with, but I donated to your company for the use of this nice theme, but it’s not working for me. Please help.
