Is there something special you have to do to get a link to be treated as a conversion? I have a normal link to another site, but after clicking it and going back to the site, the popup continues to show up, as the Conversion cookie never gets set.

If I enable the Closing Cookie, then that gets set if I click on a normal link. But that’s not what I want. I want to use the Conversion Cookie for normal links, and the Closing Cookie only for the close button.

Hi!
Normal links are treated as conversion links unless they have the closing class attribute.
Double check that you are not admin and have test mode turned on.
