How to create custom fields?

    In features of Contact Form 7 HubSpot Pro was metioned “HubSpot Custom fields” and I have bought pro version of plugin to create these custom fields.
    But unfortunatelly I can’t get how to create custom fields to send information from contact form 7 like other fields in the following screenshot: https://snipboard.io/ci5gLV.jpg
