How to create custom Shortcode

Hi,

I have purchased the shortcode make, but not able to use.

What I want is:

I need to create a shortcode (HTML) so that I can use it anywhere in my blog, and if in case I need to change the values then I don’t need to open any post, just change in the shortcode and the changes reflects on all post.

In this post author created a shortcode for adsense and can use it anywhere, and if in case he need to change to code then he just change the code in the shortcode.
