    Hi Oliver!

Unfortunately it is not possible to display the form like your example. However it might be something we can add in future. One way to work around it would be to create the different forms on different pages. You could then link to the three different pages based on the user’s selection. Maybe by clicking a link to answer the first question.

I’m not sure I understand this question – “How to add at one group system fields (there is no Custom field ID) and custom fields?”. Would you be able to provide some more information about this? Which system fields would you like to add to the form?

    Thanks

    Hello,
    thank you for your answer.

I talked about system fields as a Subject, Group, Assignee,Priority. There is no Custom field ID in the settings of this field. Only “You are editing a system ticket field, so not all options on this page are editable.”

And at the same time you can find Custom field ID for “Woher haben Sie das PP + Modul bezogen”, “Checkout modul”, “Checkout version”…

You can see all that fields when you choose PayPal Plus Support in the dropdown menu on this page https://support.i-ways.net/hc/en-us/requests/new.

The question is: how co configure this form with all necessary fields (custom and system)?

    Thank you
    Oliver

    Hi Oliver,

It is possible to set the Subject, Assignee and Priority via the “Shortcode Generator” section of the settings page. This can be found at ‘Settings > Zendesk Form’ in your WordPress dashboard. It provides some options which will be added to the shortcode used by the form.

It will also allow you to setup Custom Fields and assign those to the shortcode too. When you add Custom Fields, you can assign them to a “Field Group”. This Field Group is then assigned to the shortcode which shows the form. There are some examples of this at ‘Settings > Zendesk Form’ which you may wish to take a look at.

If you have any questions about the process just let me know 🙂

    Phil
